"There might still be some goblins holed up down there, too," adds Mateo.

"We don't actually have that legal authority ourselves," Posandi shakes his head. "As I recall, it's still owned by the Hellknights, though there's an old rumor that they left the deed hidden somewhere within. Of course, plenty of adventurers have gone looking for it and none have found it, so I find it doubtful that it has any veracity."

The party decides to investigate more into the tunnel, and if anyone has been found using it. Orinda discovers that a pale, dark haired half elf, matching the description of Voz has been often seen going into the basement, and no one has seemed to mind, even though the area is for employees only, and reports this to the others when they meet up to share results.
