"I'm... pretty sure that most of the things that would work on a human work on me," Voca says while leaning back against the door frame. "I have a heartbeat, anyways, so take that as you will."

"My vlog channel, Voca@Home. It's really exciting stuff, isn't it? Escorting scientists to exciting new places, protecting them from whatever nasties there might be," Voca responds, crossing her arms. "Aren't these kinds of things worth documenting?"

The head most closely watching Voca tilts slightly. ”I suppose it has a certain adventure serial appeal. I will say though that I truly am not fond of the camera. If you could keep my camera time to a minimum it would be appreciated.”

"If you prefer, sure," Voca responds. "Showing up on camera doing some truly reformed things might help with PR if you ever intend to go back to practicing though."

”A clever appeal,” Dr. Boros replies with a serpentine smile. ”But are you so inclined as to let me look good, or are you going for a more gritty, cynical angle. Are you going to try to make me look bad?”

"I'm just here to show what the camera shows," Voca responds. "So it depends on what you put forwards."

”So be it,” the doctor shrugs. ”I will allow myself to be filmed for this project of yours. May it gain you the fame you desire.”

”Hah, here’s hoping. My channels’ growth has been steady but it’s not quite where I want it yet,” Voca says with a short laugh.

”Very wise words. I’ll keep them in mind,” Voca responds, retrieving her camcorder and nodding towards the exit. ”I’d be lying if I said I didn’t want to see the rest of the ship. See you at the debrief, doc.”

”So you shall,” Dr. Boros says, pulling out a book as Voca leaves.

Freshly out of the conversation, Voca makes towards the cockpit with camera equipped, taking note of all the rustic charm that the ship had. When she had the money to do some menial decorating, she planned to. The ship was awfully barren, and it would be nice to have some art on the walls. Posters, at least. She meanders into the cockpit, and chirps ”Hello!” upon noting she’s not the only one present.

Zaxsha turns and notices the android... and then she notices the camera. She glares at it and hisses, "Please do not record me."

Voca immediately shuts the camcorder and nods. ”Sure thing. No cameras,” she agrees. ”Are you part of the crew? I’m Voca, the comms officer for the ship.”

”Good to meet you! Is there anything I should know aside from no cameras to make cohabitation as easy as possible, Zaxsha?” Voca inquires.

Misha passes by all of the crew quarters (clearly just modified cargo space) before dropping his minigun on the bed in the one that seems biggest before lumbering to the medical bay. He seems unfazed by the multi-headed snake man, which tracks, as he is a bear. Instead he eyes him up and down. "I take it you are doctor?"

When Misha enters, Dr. Boros seems to be occupying himself in myriad fashions. One head is watching a talk show on the med bay’s diagnostic computer. One head is staring down at a large phone. Another head is staring down at a book. The rest of his heads seem to shift between supporting these activities. One head does, however, look at and focus on Misha as he enters. ”Ah, the bear. I saw you briefly earlier but did not get a chance to look at you. Are you actually just an augmented bear? I’ve not heard of any known sapient species matching your physicality.”

"No, I ..." It's hard to read her expression, but Zaxsha somehow looks a bit... guilty? "...can I tell you something? It is a bit personal, but you seem trustworthy."

”If you’re willing to share, I’ll give you reason to trust me,” Voca says in spite of her racing mind.

"I am bear, yes," Misha nods gruffly. "My brain filled with cybertech for intelligence, paws replaced with hands, reinforced spinal column so I can stand on two legs indefinitely. Surprisingly simple procedures if you have tech and PhDs in neuroscience and cybernetics."

Zaxsha slowly nods, then says "Most haan distrust technology. We're taught many bad things... such as 'cameras can steal one's soul'. I now know it is not true, but ..." She gestures at the camera. "It still scares me."

”Mine is in pharmacology and general practice,” Dr. Boros replies. ”But to put knowledge into creating a sapient being from an animal seems to me a bit too much of a mad scientist folly. Tell me, how did creating you work out for the people that did it?”

"I am here, not in cage or in hiding," Misha shrugs. "You can probably guess."
